  • I've just ordered one of your products - what if something is missing or broken when it arrives?

It's unlikely to happen, but if it does, get in touch to let us know. If the product has quality problems, please provide a image in your contact form and we'll order a new one right away. In the case of a small item like product accessories, a replacement's sent out by post direct to you within 2 weeks. 

  • I have just ordered one of your products but I have changed my mind. Is it too late to change my order?

You have 14 working days after placing your order to cancel or change your mind completely free of charge. However, you may need to pay extra for the return postage.

  • What if my order is incomplete?

If anything was missed, you'll need to contact us and we can cancel the order for you. You will then need to place a fresh order. 

  • I want to place a large trade order?

We no longer have a dedicated Trade Department, but if you wish to place a large order, you can get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
